Presented by Lowcountry Local First and GCM, the AI Implementation Bootcamp for Small Business Owners is a hands-on session for entrepreneurs who are ready to move beyond AI curiosity and start using AI to improve real business outcomes.
Led by Zach Giglio, CEO of GCM, with hands-on facilitation support from COO Emma Giglio, this bootcamp will show participants how to use AI models like ChatGPT and Claude, along with newer agentic AI tools, to build practical workflows for sales, customer retention, customer satisfaction, basic business analysis, follow-up, and daily operations.
GCM’s work is grounded in implementation. Over the past few years, they have worked with organizations in 31 states, supported 50+ clients, and trained thousands of professionals on how to use off-the-shelf AI tools in real business workflows. This bootcamp brings that field-tested approach to local entrepreneurs who want AI to produce tangible value in their business.
Participants will leave with reusable prompt templates, a business context profile, and practical workflows they can begin using right away. The bootcamp will be delivered in English with live Spanish translation available to view on presentation screen.
