Caplea Coe Architects, Inc. (formerly Rosenblum Coe Architects) is a Charleston-based architecture firm with over 47 years of experience serving communities across South Carolina. Our work spans a wide range of project types including civic, educational, institutional, commercial, and adaptive reuse, offering both new construction and renovation services.

Founded in the 1970s as Rosenblum and Associates, the firm has evolved under the leadership of Steve Coe and, more recently, Josh Caplea. In 2024, we renamed the firm Caplea Coe Architects, Inc., marking a new chapter in our ongoing commitment to South Carolina’s built environment.
