Collage Kitsch

My collage work is a celebration of sustainability and social history, created entirely from vintage books, magazines, wallpaper, and wrapping paper. Each piece is a carefully constructed reflection of our past, using materials that would otherwise end up in landfills. By repurposing discarded items, I aim to both preserve and transform them, giving new life to objects that carry a unique narrative. My collages become a visual dialogue, intertwining fragments of history, culture, and memory, while emphasizing the importance of sustainable practices in art.

My love for mid century modern is reflected in most of my art, the colors and textures are truly unique and really can’t be reproduced or copied very well. Through this work, I hope to create pieces that not only tell a story but also encourage a greater appreciation for the materials we often overlook.
