I’m Shoshanna Richek (aka Sho Richek) Certified Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselor and a Certified Advanced Belief Clearing Practitioner.
I have a diverse entrepreneurial background. My passion for health and wellness was always front and center as I had struggled with emotional eating and always looked for ways to be free from the diet cycle, guilt and shame.
Having found the solution to end emotional eating and never diet again (over 10 years ago), I developed a simple 3-Step Method over the last decade which is helps my clients end the crazy diet cycle, enjoy food and manage their weight.
