This is an invitation for you talented, multifaceted folks. Bring your questions, challenges, and most pressing projects to get some help from your peers. This meetup will give operations pros space to connect, learn from each other, access Lowcountry Local First resources, and gather new tools to make you better at your job while making your job easier!

Session Topic: Operating with Integrity in a Competitive Market

Our first meetup of 2026 will be hosted in collaboration with our friends, My Three Sons Heating & Air, a locally-owned HVAC company built around honesty, integrity, and kindness in everything they do. From transparent pricing and thoughtful communication with customers to reliable solutions, their team strives to do the right thing for their employees and their community first, not just the bottom line. 

This session will explore how operations leaders and business owners are making real-time decisions around pricing, positioning, and client relationships so they can adapt confidently in an increasingly competitive environment.
