Organization Overview
Located in Charleston, SC's Hanahan, Cane Pazzo is a neighborhood osteria serving classic Italian flavors by way of Lowcountry ingredients. Led by Chef/Owner Mark Bolchoz, Jr., whose family has deep roots in the Lowcountry, the menu tells the story of his Southern upbringing, calling on freshly fished, farmed, and grown ingredients from local purveyors, combined with his love of Italian cuisine and cooking. Brought to life in the restaurant’s wood-fired oven, refined, yet approachable small plates, handmade pastas, and large format entrees are intended for the table to share.
