From Kiva to Café: Tracer Coffee's Grand Opening! ☕️
If you don’t already know Gina Cordoba, consider this your introduction to an incredible Charleston entrepreneur with a bold vision. A shining member of the Lowcountry Local First community, Gina has been building something special and we’re excited to share that her coffee shop, Tracer Coffee, is officially open!
Located inside the new Live Oak Hotel, Tracer Coffee marks a major milestone for Gina and a powerful example of what community support can make possible.
In our previous story, Brewed to Success: Summit Grounds Fully Funded on Kiva, we shared how Gina secured funding through a Kiva loan with support from Lowcountry Local First. That funding helped her grow from pop-ups and community events into a permanent café space.
Rooted in Gina’s Colombian heritage, Tracer Coffee is built on transparency and equity. They work directly with farmers, paying above-market rates, and creating a fully traceable path from farm to cup.
Gina’s journey is a reminder of what’s possible when local entrepreneurs have access to the right resources and support. We’re proud to have been part of her journey and can’t wait to see what’s next.
Make sure to stop by and experience Tracer Coffee for yourself!
